On February 16, 1973, 10 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces
ambushed a three wheel motor cart in Ampel Kralanch VT 841-644, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province. They caught a soldier riding that cart to kill without any reason. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ១០នាក់ បានស្ទាក់ចាប់រ៉ឺម៉ក់ម៉ូតូហុងដា៩០ មួយគ្រឿង នៅភូមិអំពិល ក្រញាញ់វ៉េតេៈ ៨៤១-៦៤៤ ស្រុកកណ្ដលសឹ្ទង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ នៅពេលនោះខ្មាំងខាងលើបានចាប់ទាហានម្នាក់ដែលជិះលើរឺុម៉ក់នោះ យកទៅបាញ់ចោលដោយមិនបានដឹងមូលហេតុទី្វទាំងអស់។
