On February 18, 1973, around 500 Khmer Viet Cong soldier under the command of Sorn Kan, and Kae Loas, Khmer Islam, in Battalon 16 moved from Prey Veng province toward Pak Sbai village at WT 110-850
Then, they continued to moved toward Boeng Chek village at WT 140-959 and Khsaong village at WT 115-998 in Khsach Kandal district, Kandal province. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល ៥០០នាក់ សិ្ថតនៅកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ សេ១៦ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការ ឈ្មោះ សន កាន និងកើ លាស់ ខ្មែរអ៊ីស្លាម ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានធើ្វចលនាចុះពីខេត្ដព្រៃវែង មកស្នាក់នៅក្នុងភូមិពាក់ស្បៃ ត្រង់ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ១១០-៨៥០ ហើយពួកខ្មាំងបានធើ្វដំណើរចេញពី ភូមិស្បៃ ឆ្ពោះទៅស្នាក់នៅភូមិបឹងចេក ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ១៤០-៩៥៩ និងភូមិខ្សោង ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ១១៥-៩៩៨ ក្នុងស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
