Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On July 7, 1974, Sang Vaon, was arrested for being supected to be the enemy agent by National Armed Forces in Battalion 412. Then, he was sent to justic in the second bureau, Prey Veng war operation region. After the interrogation, he really was a secret agent, under the command of Kong Sidan. According to the letter #114, dated 25 July 1974, reported that he was a chief of security in Chak commune, region which was occupied by enemy.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ កងវរៈសេនាតូច៤១២ បានចាប់ឈ្មោះ ស៊ាង វោន បញ្ជូនមកការិយាល័យទី២ ផ្នែកសឹករងព្រៃវែង ពីបទ សង្ស័យថាជាភ្នាក់ងារខ្មាំង។ ក្រោយពីការស៊ើបសួរព័ត៌មានមក ទើបដឹងថា ប្រភពជាភ្នាក់ងាររបស់ខ្មាំង ហើយមានមេបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ កុង ស៊ី។ យោងតាមលិខិតលេខ ១១៤ ចុះថ្ងៃទី២៥ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ បានឱ្យការណ៍មកថាឈ្មោះ ស៊ាង ថោន នេះមានមុខងារ ជាប្រធានសន្ដិសុខក្នុងតំបន់ខ្មាំងឃុំចក។
