A source showed that on October 1972, about 400 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces equipped with four B-40 guns and one 60 mm mortar left Stok Trabek UU 748-987 in Sangkat Khna, Bakan district to hide in Arang Pruoch village VU 303-796 in Sangkat Kra Kor, Pursat province. They attempted to destroy military army position at Kbal Dam Rei.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ខ្មែរ យៀកកុងមានគ្នាចំនួនប្រហែល៤០០នាក់ មានអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ ជាពិសេសមានកាំភ្លើងបេ៤០ ចំនួន៤ដើម កាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ទំហំ៦០ មីលីម៉ែត្រ មួយដើម បានចេញពីភូមិស្ដុកត្របែក ត្រង់ចំណុច អ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៧៤៨-៩៨៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ខ្នារ ស្រុកបាកាន មកលាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិអារ៉ងព្រួច ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៣០៣-៧៩៦ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ស្ទឹងក្រគរ ស្រុកបាកាន ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់។ ពួកខ្មាំងនេះមានបំណងវាយប្រហារកងការពារជាតិនៅក្បាលដំរី។
