On February 19, 1973, the Khmer Viet Cong soldiers deployed at WT 144-674, in Kandal Leu village and along the edge of a Channel in Kanleng Chass village between WT 121-883 and WT 143-671, in Banteay Dek sub-district, Kean Svay district, Kandal province. They attempted to raid National Army who were going down to operate in the above region.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងរាយបណ្ដាក់គ្នា នៅភូមិកណ្ដាលលើ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ១៤៤-៦៧៤ និងតាមមាត់សឹ្ទង ភូមិកន្លែងចាស់ ពីចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ១២១-៨៨៣ រហូតដល់ឌុបដឺ វ៉េតេៈ ១៤៣-៦៧១ ក្នុងឃុំបន្ទាយដែក ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ក្នុងគោលបំណងវាយទប់ដំណើរកងទ័ពជាតិ យើងដែលចុះ ទៅប្រតិបតិ្ដការក្នុងតំបន់នោះ។
