On February 22, 1973, about 500 Khmer-Yuon Viet Cong in region 15, in black and blue dress, under the command of Moeun, equipped with 2 of 82mm mortars, 2 of 60mm mortars, and two walkies-talkies, deployed in Traey Neay village VT 822-568, Rong Ko village VT 819-594 and in Tun Lea village VT 815-595, Prek Roka sub-district, Kandal Stung district of Kandal. They intended to attack national army in Anlong Romiet and Kandal Stung district office.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ យួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន ប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ ក្នុងតំបន់លេខ១៥ ស្លៀកពាក់ខ្មៅ និងខៀវក្រោម បញ្ជាឈ្មោះ មឿន មានកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ទំហំ៨២មម ២ដើម, ៦០មម ២ដើម, វិទ្យុឆ្លើយឆ្លង ២គ្រឿង ចូលមករាយគ្នានៅភូមិត្រើយរាយ ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ ៨២២-៥៦៨, ភូមិរោងគោ ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ ៨១៩-៥៩៤ និងភូមិទន្លា ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ ៨១៥-៥៩៥ ក្នុងឃុំព្រែករកា ស្រុកកណ្ដាលសឹ្ទង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះមានបំណងវាយ ប្រហារកងការពារយើងនៅអន្លង់រមៀត និងសាលាស្រុកកណ្ដាលសឹ្ទង ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុននេះ។
