A source reported taht on February 25, 1973, the enemies forced villagers who lived in Kean Svay district to buy plastic bags for packing dry rice in order to provide them to their soldiers. The food stuff committee limited villagers to pack 5 plastic bags of dry rice per one day.
ប្រភពបានរាយការណ៍មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ពួកខ្មាំងបានបង្កប់អោយអ្នកស្រុកដែលរស់នៅក្នុងស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ដើរទិញថង់ប្លាសិ្ទកយ៉ាងច្រើន ដើម្បីយកមកខ្ចប់បាយក្រៀមៗ ជាពិសេសពួកខ្មាំងបានដាក់កម្រិតដល់អ្នកស្រុកទាំងនោះថា ក្នុងមួយថ្ងៃៗ ត្រូវតែធើ្វបាយកាតាកច្រកថង់ប្លាសិ្ទកដែលទិញបាននោះយកទៅឱ្យ ពួកវាតាមរយៈគណៈកម្មាធិការខាងស្បៀងរបស់ពួកខ្មាំងចំនួន៥កញ្ចប់។
