On June 06, 1974, Soem Sam, was arrested in Wat Phsa Dek battlefield, Oudong Manchey province by the National Armed Forces. He confessed that in April 1974, he served in the Khmer Communist Movement in Group 3, Platoon 134, Company 13, Unit 131, Region 25, special military zone.
ឈ្មោះ ស៊ឹម សំ ត្រូវបានកងទ័ពជាតិចាប់ខ្លួនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ នៅលើលានប្រយុទ្ធវត្ដផ្សារដែក ខេត្ដឧត្ដុង្គមានជ័យ។ ប្រភពបានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនបានចូលបម្រើខ្មាំងតាំងពីខែមេសា ១៩៧៤ ដោយមាននាទីជាយុទ្ធជនក្រុមទី៣ កងអនុសេនាតូច១៣៤ អនុសេនាធំ១៣ នៃកងវរៈលេខ១៣១ តំបន់២៥ យោធភូមិភាគ ពិសេស។
