On September 14, 1971, Un Prum, a Khmer Viet Cong soldier was arrested for serving Khmer Viet Cong movement by the National military agents in Svay Rieng war operation sub-region. Then he was sent to justice.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៤ កញ្ញា ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងឈ្មោះ អ៊ុន ព្រុំ ត្រូវ បានភ្នាក់ងារយោធានៃផ្នែកសឹករងស្វាយរៀង ចាប់ខ្លួនពីបទបាន បម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍ឱ្យពួកបច្ចាមិត្ដ។ ដូចេ្នះសូមប្រគល់ខ្លួនជនជាប់ ចោទខាងលើនេះឱ្យតុលាការវិនិច្ឆ័យទៅតាមច្បាប់។
