On November 29, 1972, about 100 Khmer Viet Cong under the command of Sra Nge, Men Vorng, and Svay Khin forcibly gathered and evacuated approximately 350 villagers from Kandal village at VT 390-502; Sre Trapeang Leu village at VT 404-504 and VT 406-502 to Brei village at VT 386-514 in Choam Sangke commune, Phnom Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province. These villagers were educated and prevented being chaos about the food supplies. All the food production would be put collectively.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៩-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧២ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល ១០០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ស្រង៉ែ, ម៉ែន វង និង ស្វាយ ឃិន ប្រមូលអ្នកស្រុកប្រហែល៣៥០នាក់ ពីភូមិកណ្ដាល ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៣៩០-៥០២, ភូមិស្រែត្រពាំងលើ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៤៦៤-៥០៤ និង វ៉េតេ ៤០៦-៥០២ យកទៅឱ្យនៅជុំគ្នានៅភូមិប្រី ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៣៦៨-៥១៤ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ជាំសង្កែ ស្រុកភ្នំស្រួច ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំង៣៥០នាក់ ដែលខ្មាំងគៀរទៅនោះ គឺត្រូវបានខ្មាំង អប់រំព្រមទាំងហាមមិនឱ្យជ្រួលច្របល់ពីបញ្ហាស្បៀង ព្រោះកាលណា ប្រជាជនបង្កបង្កើនផលបានត្រូវពួកវាឱ្យដាក់ជាសមូហភាព។
