On February 28, 1973, around 200 North Yuon Viet Congs and Khmer Viet Cong soldiers moved from Prek Po sub-district, Srei Santhor district, Kampong Cham province to VT974-864 and 974-861 in Prek Luong sub-district, Mok Kampaul district, Vihear Sour province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៨ កុម្ភៈ ១៩៧៣ មានយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់ អាវុធប្រហែល២០០នាក់ បានចេញពីឃុំព្រែកពោធិ៍ ស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ចូលមករាយគ្នានៅចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៧៤-៨៦៤ និង វ៉េតេ ៩៧៤-៨៦១ ឃុំព្រែកហ្លួង ស្រុកមុខកំពូល ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌។
