On February 28, 1973, about 70 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers stayed at VT 416-593 in Prey Kan Trang village and at the center of an area bordered at VT 396-552, 397-555, 403-555 in Thamada A sub-district, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province. Two villagers named Prak Hay and Keo Hoem were detained at VT 396-554, between Thmor Puok and Chan Loy mountain in Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៨ កុម្ភៈ ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធប្រហែល ៧០នាក់ បានចូលមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិព្រៃកន្ដ្រង ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៤១៦-៥៩៣ និងក្នុងរង្វង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៣៩៦-៥៥២, ៣៩៧-៥៥៥ និង ៤០៣-៥៥៥ ក្នុងឃុំធម្មតាអរ ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ប្រភពបានបន្ដថា ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើបានចូលមកចាប់អ្នកស្រុក២នាក់ គឺឈ្មោះ ប្រាក់ ហៃ និង កែវ ហ៊ឹម យកទៅឃុំទុកនៅចន្លោះភ្នំថ្មពួក និងភ្នំចន្លយ វ៉េតេ ៩៦-៥៥៤ ស្រុកនិងខេត្ដដូចខាងលើ។
