On December 30, 1974, about 500 Khmer Communist troops of Regiment 153 under the command of Loeun, and San Sokh, scattered inthe amount of 100 people each to the following village, Punareay village at VT 656-772, Damnak Kakoh village at VT 665-773, Prey Char village at VT 677-755, Sre Omprum village at VT 653-764 and Prey Barei village at VT 665-765 which were located in Samraong Leu sub-district, Ang Snuol district (Oudong Meanchey), in an attempted to attack Ang Snuol and Kruos school very soon.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៣០ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាធំ១៥៣ ចំនួនប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ លឿន និង សាន សុខ បានរាយគ្នាមួយកន្លែងៗប្រហែល១០០នាក់ នៅតាមចំណុចដូចខាងក្រោមៈ ភូមិពណ្ណរាយ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦៥៦-៧៧២, ភូមិតំណាក់កកោះ វ៉េតេ ៦៦៥-៧៧៣, ភូមិព្រៃចារ វ៉េតេ ៦៧៧-៧៥៥, ភូមិស្រែអំព្រំ វ៉េតេ ៦៥៣-៧៦៤ និង ភូមិព្រៃបារី វ៉េតេ ៦៦៥-៧៦៥ ក្នុងឃុំសំរោងលើ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល (ឧត្ដុង្គមានជ័យ)។ ខ្មាំងមានគោល បំណងវាយប្រហារអង្គស្នួល និងសាលាគ្រួសក្នុងពេលខាងមុខ។
