On March 01, 1973, about 35 North Yuon Viet Congs and Khmer Viet Cong soldiers stayed VT 900-965, in Sre Mouy Roy village in Sambour Meas sub-district, Muk Kampoul district, Phnom Del sub-province. They attempted to conduct activities in the above region.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ មីនា ១៩៧៣ មានយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ប្រហែល៣៥នាក់ បានចូលមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិស្រែមួយរយ វ៉េតេ ៩០៨-៩៦៥ ក្នុងឃុំសំបួរមាស ស្រុកមុខកំពូល (ភ្នំដិល) ក្នុងគោលបំណង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពផេ្សងៗក្នុងតំបន់នោះ។
