Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On February 20, 1973, around 40 Khmer Rouges armed forces with carabine guns, 40 M1 guns and one 60mm mortar hid at VU 790-917 in Kok Chum village, Dang Lang sub-district, Bakan district, Pursat province. They banned villagers who lived in the above regions from selling products in Markets which were near National Armed Force Bases, because they attempted to cut off food stuffs from National Armed Forces.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ កុម្ភៈ ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរក្រហមប្រហែល៤០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធការ៉ាប៊ីន, ៤០អ៊ឹម១ និង៦០មម ចំនួន១ដើម មកលាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិគោកជុំ ត្រង់វ៉េអ៊ុយ ៧៩០-៩១៧ ឃុំដងឡង ស្រុកបាកាន ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើបានធ្វើការ ព្រៃមានដល់អ្នកស្រុកនៅទីនោះមិនឱ្យយកផលិតផល ឬអ្វីផេ្សងៗ ទៅលក់នៅទីផ្សារណាដែលមានកងទ័ពជាតិនៅក្បែរឡើយ ព្រោះពួក ខ្មាំងមានបំណងចង់ផ្ដាច់ស្បៀងដល់កងទ័ពជាតិ។
