A large number of people living in Prey Kabas, Samraong and Bati districts, Takeo province, especially those who were at the age of 10 up, were seriously oppressed. They were forced to serve the army, and the people's products were considered as collective's. Morever the enemy burned down houses from Kampong Dangkao village of the office of Chambak district which left people homeless, and were forced to live with them.
មានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមួយចំនួនធំក្នុងស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស ស្រុកសំរោង និងស្រុកបាទី ខេត្ដតាកែវ ត្រូវបានពួកខ្មាំងយៀកកុងកៀបសង្កាត់ និងជិះជាន់យ៉ាងខ្លាំង ដូចជាឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលមានអាយុចាប់ពី១០ ឡើងទៅឱ្យចូលបម្រើទ័ពឱ្យពួកវា ដាក់ផលដំណាំរួម។ល។ មិនតែ ប៉ុណ្ណោះពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើបានដុតបំផ្លាញផ្ទះសម្បែងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅ ចាប់ពីភូមិកំពង់ដង្កោ រហូតដល់សាលាស្រុកចំបក់ទៀតផង ដែលជា ហេតុធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្វះជម្រកនៅ ហើយត្រូវតែបង្ខំចិត្ដទៅរស់នៅ ជាមួយពួកខ្មាំងតែម្ដងទៅ។
