A source reported that on December 1, 1974, about 2,000 Khmer Communist equipped with assorted guns under the command of Chann Chakrei, moved from Boeng Chhke Ngoab village at WT 233-378 to Prek Tauch village at WT 270-374 and then to war operation region 24 by crossing Mekong river at 4:00 am.
