After Mr. Marshal's returning from a foreign country, Mr. Sum Yun_former artist sent a letter to Mr. Marshal asking for a job, because since April 17, 1970, he had been jobless. He wanted to serve as a controller and manager in ILO in Phnom Penh. He had experienced in this job for 4 years.
ក្រោយពីលោកសេនាប្រមុខត្រឡប់មកពីបរទេសវិញភ្លាម លោក ស៊ុំ យ៉ុន ដែលជាអតីតសិល្បះករមួយរូប បានផ្ញើរសារមួយច្បាប់ទៅជូន លោកសេនាប្រមុខដែលមានខ្លឹមសារថា «លោក ស៊ុំ យ៉ុន បានស្នើ សុំដល់លោកសេនាប្រមុខឱ្យជួយរកការងារមួយឱ្យធ្វើ ព្រោះចាប់ពី ក្រោយថ្ងៃទី១៧ មេសា ១៩៧០មក ប្រភពគ្មានការងារធ្វើទេ។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថាខ្លួនចង់ធ្វើជាអ្នកត្រួតត្រា និងរៀបចំកិច្ចការនៅក្នុង«អ៊ីឡូត៍» នៅក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ព្រោះខ្លួនធ្លាប់ធ្វើកិច្ចការនេះអស់រយៈ ពេលជាង៤ឆ្នាំហើយ។
