A source reported about 2,500 Khmer Viet Cong mobilizesfrom region 1, 2, 6 in Battalion 105, 103 and 120 to join a meeting order the presidency of Ren at UU 452-787 Ta Lo sub-district, Bakan district of Pursat. The meeting mainly focused on the vigorious efforts of their troops, and on a plan to attack certain areas. At that time Ren distributed some weapons to the troops.
ប្រភពបានអោយដឹងថា មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល២,៥០០នាក់ ដែល ប្រមូលមកពីតំបន់លេខ១, ២, ៦ ក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាតូច១០៥, ១០៣ និង១២០ បានចូលមករួមប្រជុំនៅចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយៈ ៤៥២-៧៨៧ សង្កាត់តាណេ ស្រុកបាកាន ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ ក្រោមអធិបតេយ្យ ឈ្មោះ រេន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំបានផ្ដោតសំខាន់ទៅលើភាពខ្លាំងខ្លានៃកងទ័ព និងការវាយប្រហារលើតំបន់នានា ជាពិសេសឈ្មោះ រេន បានចែកនូវ គ្រឿងសញ្វវុធមួយចំនួនដល់ទ័ពពួកវាទៀតផង។
