On October 12, 1972, the Khmer Viet Cong invited their committee from all section in Pursat province to participate in a meeting at UU 372-832 in Pal Hal village, Ta Lao sub-district, Bakan district, Pursat province. A large number of villagers were brought to detention center which was 500 metres to the Southwest of Pal Hal village.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងបានប្រមូល កម្មការគ្រប់ផ្នែករបស់ខ្លួនពីគ្រប់តំបន់ក្នុខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ មករួម ប្រជុំគ្នានៅភូមិប៉ាល់ហាល់ ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៣៧២-៨៣២ ក្នុង សង្កាត់តាលោ ស្រុកបាកាន ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់។ ពួកខ្មាំងទាំងនេះបាន យកអ្នកស្រុកជាច្រើនដែលត្រូវពួកវាចោទយកទៅឃុំឃាំង ព្រមទាំង ភស្ដុភារជាច្រើនទៀតទុកនៅចម្ងាយប្រហែល៥០០ម៉ែត្រ ប៉ែកខាង ត្បូងឈៀងខាងលិចភូមិប៉ាល់ហាល់។
