Ros Sav, ID No 48-145 who was born on September 10, 1939, in Lbeuk sub-district, Chhouk district, Kampot province was a child of Mr. Ros Khchou and Mrs. Chea Yauv. He was a student and lived at Lbeuk sub-district, Chhouk district, Kampong province. On April 20, 1961, he volunteered to serve the National Army as a major Lieutenant.
ឈ្មោះ រស់ សាវ អត្ដលេខ៤៨-១៤៥ កើតនៅថ្ងៃ១០ កញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៣៩ ក្នុងឃុំល្បើក ស្រុកឈូក ខេត្ដកំពត ជាកូនឈ្មោះ រស់ ខ្ជូ និងនាង ជា យ៉ូវ មាននាទីជាកូនសិស្ស ស្នាក់នៅឃុំល្បើក ស្រុក ឈូក ខេត្ដកំពត ធ្វើទាហាននៅថ្ងៃទី២០ មេសា ១៩៦១ ដោយ ស្ម័គចិត្ដបម្រើកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ក្នុងឋានៈជាអនុសេនីយ៍ត្រី។
