On March 27, 1971, hundreds of villager families fled from the East of Mekong river bank toward Koh Brakk village in Kor Ky commune, Kien Svay district, Kandal province. They reported that the reason why they fled because they saw thousand of North Yuon Viet Cong soldiers hid between Phlov Trei village at WT 132-717 to VT 978-773 in Thma Kor copmmune, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៧ មីនា ១៩៧១ ប្រជារាស្ដ្រត្រើយខាងកើតទនេ្លមេគង្គ ចំនួនជាង១០០គ្រួសារ ភៀសខ្លួនចោលទីលំនៅឆ្លងមកភូមិកោះប្រាក់ សង្កាត់គគីរ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ។ ប្រជារាស្ដ្របាននិយាយថា បានជា ភៀសខ្លួនមកពីឃើញពួកខ្មាំងយៀកកុងចំនួនជាច្រើនពាន់នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធុនចូលមកលាក់ខ្លួនក្នុងភូមិរបស់ខ្លួន ចាប់ពីចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៣២-៧១៧ ដល់វ៉េតេ ៩៧៨-៧៧៣ ក្នុងភូមិផ្លូវត្រី សង្កាត់ថ្មគ។
