On January 25, 1973, the Khmer Viet Cong established a committee were nominated to contact with villagers who lived at VT 481-956 in Thmei village, Pram Bei Mom sub-district, thpong district, Kampong Speu province. They established a headquarter,having 12 staff under the command of Ta Mok, and 50 soldiers were assigned to guard this place.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ពួកខ្មែរយៀកកកុងបានបងើ្កត គណៈកម្មការសម្រាប់ធើ្វការទាក់ទងគ្នាជាមួយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ដែលមាន ទីស្នាក់ការនៅភូមិថ្មី វ៉េតេៈ៤៨១-៩៥៦ សង្កាត់ប្រាំបីមុម ស្រុកថ្ពង់ ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្នុងទីស្នាក់ការនោះមានបុគ្គលិក ១២នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ តាម៉ុក ជាពិសេសមានកងទ័ពនៅចាំ ការពារចំនួន៥០នាក់ផង។
