A warrant for the arrest of Yim Pheng, who was born on January 15, 1949, in Boeng Nay commune, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province and Net Savin who was born on January 25, 1949, in Krauch sub-district, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province. They both were teachers at primary school in Kampong Cham who gave up their job and joined North Yuon Viet Cong based in Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province.
ដីកាបង្គាប់ឱ្យរកចាប់ខ្លួនឈ្មោះ យឹម ផេង កើតថ្ងៃទី១៥ មករា ១៩៤៩ នៅឃុំបឹងណាយ ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ម្នាក់ ទៀតឈ្មោះ នេត សាវិន ជាតិខ្មែរកើតថ្ងៃទី២៥ មករា ១៩៤៩ នៅឃុំក្រូច ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ជាកូនឈ្មោះ នេត យន់ និង នាង យ៉េត។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនទាំងពីជាគ្រូបង្រៀនបឋមសិក្សានៅ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម បានបោះបង់ចោលកន្លែងធ្វើការ ដោយគេចចូលទៅ បម្រើក្នុងកងទ័ពពួកខ្មាំងយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងនៅស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ខេត្ដ កំពង់ចាម។
