Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
A warrant for the arrest of Say Phoeung, Khmer, who was born on January 1, 1947, in O commune, Phnom Srouch district, Kampong Speu to be sent to the National Police General Department (Special police). He was a director of hytroelectric plant in Stung Chra, Kampong Seila sub-province who was assigned to work in the North of Purchentong. He gave up his job on January 10, 1971.
ដីកាបង្គាប់ឱ្យរកខ្លួនឈ្មោះ សាយ ភឿង ជាតិខ្មែរ កើតនៅខែ១មករា ១៩៤៧ នៅឃុំអូរ ស្រុកភ្នំស្រួច ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ដើម្បីបញ្ជូនទៅ អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានក្រុមនគរបាលជាតិ «ប៉ូលីសពិសេសភ្នំពេញ»។ សាម៉ី ខ្លួនជានាយផ្នែកវារីអគ្គីសនីនៅស្ទឹងច្រា អនុខេត្ដកំពង់សីលា ហើយ ត្រូវក្រសួងចាត់ឱ្យទៅធ្វើការនៅពោធិ៍ចិនតុង បានបោះបង់ចោលធ្វើ ការតាំងពីថ្ងៃទី១០ មករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១មកមេ្ល៉ះ។
