Nuong Daut, who lived in Mong Russei sub-district Battambang province, couldn't stand living with enemies then defected to the government on December 1, 1972. In 1970, he was cheated to join armed forces based at Wat Sokunthea, Nikom sub-district. The forces made up of 127 soldiers with 36 guns, under the commander named Vanh who was a chief of politics in Pursat Province. Suon Was a sub-chief of Politics and a commander of mobile forces. Chhann Rang was appointed to be a chief of Thmat Porng sub-district. Nuong Daut was a sub-chief of social affairs and militia chief. Kim Mony was a chief of social affairs. Kong Savuth was responsible for nominating section. Khos was a district chief. Meas Sambo was a sub-district of district.
ឈ្មោះ នួង ដូត នៅស្រុកមោងឫស្សី ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង កាលពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ បានចាញ់ឧបាយកលរបស់ពួកខ្មាំងហើយចូលបម្រើក្នុងចលនា របស់ពួកវាក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ វ៉ាញ នៅជុំរំសាលាវត្ដសុគន្ធា ឃុំនិគម គ្នារបស់ខ្មាំង១២៧នាក់ មានកាំភ្លើង៣៦ដើម។ ពួកវាបានចាត់ឱ្យឈ្មោះ ចាន់ រ៉ង ជាប្រធានឃុំត្មាតពង នួង ដូត ជាអនុប្រធាន សង្គមកិច្ច និងប្រធានឈ្លបឈ្មោះមេដឹកនាំរបស់ខ្មាំងមានឈ្មោះ វ៉ាញ ប្រធាននគរបាលក្នុងខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ សួនអនុប្រធាន នយោបាយ និងជាមេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពចល័ត គឹម មុនី ជាប្រធានសង្គមកិច្ច គង់ សាវុធ ផ្នែកខាងចាត់ចែង។ ឯផ្នែកខាងរដ្ឋាភិបាលពួករណសិស្សក្នុង ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបងគឺឈ្មោះ ខូស ប្រធានគណៈស្រុក ឈ្មោះ មាស សំបូរ អនុប្រធានគណៈស្រុក។ នៅថ្ងៃ១ ធ្នូ ១៩៧២ ឈ្មោះ នួង ដូត បាន មកចុះចូលសារភាពក្នុងរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញដោយសារពុំអាចទ្រាំទ្រនឹងការ លំបាកវេទនារបស់ពួកខ្មាំងបាន។
