Vay Sokhorn was asked to attend political course in middle of November 1970. After the course, he was appointed to be a village chief of Russei Kraing in Charge of Youth till the end of 1971. He then ran away from it because of being too hard to bear. There were not so many North Viet Cong as in 1970 or 1971, but there were Khmer Rouge in Mong district. Ren and Vanh were governor and deputy governor of Pursat province. The products were bought cheaply and sold expensively.
វ៉ាយ សុខន ហៅឱ្យរៀនសូត្រនគរបាលនៅពាក់កណ្ដាលខែតុលា ១៩៧០ ក្រោយរៀនចប់ឱ្យធ្វើជាប្រធានភូមិឫស្សីក្រាំង ខាងយុវជន រហូតដាច់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១។ ដោយមាការពិបាកពេកទើបលួចរត់ចេញ។ ចំពោះពួកយួនយៀកកុងពុំឃើញមានដូចឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ឬ៧១ទេ គឺមាន តែទាហានខ្មែរក្រហមនៅស្រុកមោងនេះ។ ឈ្មោះ រែន និង វ៉ាញ ជា គណៈខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់។ ចំពោះទំនិញនៅតំបន់នោះ ពួកវាលក់ចេញឱ្យ ប្រជាជនថ្លៃហួសពីការស្មានតែពេលទិញប្រជាជនវិញតម្លៃទាបបំផុត។
