Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On April 2, 1974, thirteen families fled from Koki Lorm sub-district, Ramduol district, which was occupied by enemy to Svay Rieng town. They said that on March 28-29, 1974, many tanks and hundreds of North Viet Cong soldiers were sent by 18 trucks to Khmer-Vietnam border at Kampong Speu and Prey Chamkar as to make an attack on South Vietnam. About 100 to 200 liberating soldiers who were in charge of the villages and district in the North of the National Road No. 1 didn't have enough bullets and good guns because Vietnam stopped providing.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរភ្ញាក់រឮក១៣គ្រួសារ រត់ មកពីសង្កាត់គគីលោម ស្រុករំដួល ដែលជាតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់ចូលមក ទីក្រុងស្វាយរៀង។ តាមព័ត៌មានពីខ្មែរទាំងនោះឱ្យដឹងថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២៨ និង ២៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានទ័ពយួនយៀកកុងជាច្រើន រយនាក់ត្រូវបានដឹកជញ្ជូនដោយឡានចំនួន១៨ ព្រមទាំងមានរថក្រោះ ជាច្រើនផងយកទៅដាក់នៅព្រំដែនខ្មែរយួនត្រង់កំពង់ស្ពានព្រៃចំការ ដើម្បីចូលទៅវាយស្រុកយួនខាងត្បូង។ ឯទ័ពរំដោះនៅប្រចាំភូមិ និង ស្រុកផ្នែកខាងជើងថ្នល់ជាតិលេខ១ ពីស្វាយរៀងទៅបាវិតចំនួន១០០ ទៅ២០០នាក់ តែពុំសូវមានកាំភ្លើងល្អទេ ហើយគ្រាប់ក៏ពុំមានគ្រប់ គ្រាន់ដែរព្រោះយួនលែងផ្ដល់ឱ្យ។
