On March 21, 1974, Ma Senghort and his wife Ao Kim Horn, fled from Kbal Koh Chrouk which was occupied by enemy to give themselves In Angust 1973, after the withdrawal of the Natioanal Army from Koh Touch and Koh Samrong the people in these island were under the control of enemy. They were forced to work hard including monks.
កាលថ្ងៃ២១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានឈ្មោះ ម៉ា សេងហ៊ត បាន ជម្លៀសខ្លួនចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់ក្បាលកោះជ្រូក មកបង្ហាញខ្លួន ដោយនាំនាង អោ គីមហ៊ន ជាភរិយាមកជាមួយផង។ ក្រោយពីកង ទ័ពជាតិដកថយចេញពីកោះតូច និងកោះសំរោងកាលពីខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣មក ប្រជាជននៅលើកោះទាំងអស់ស្ថិតនៅក្រោមការត្រួត ត្រារបស់ខ្មាំងទាំងស្រុង ហើយបានបង្ខិតបង្ខំប្រជាជនឱ្យធ្វើការជា ទម្ងន់ក្នុងនោះក៏មានព្រះសង្ឃចូលរួមដែរ។
