On Januray 18, 1974, Heng Chheang Kim, who fled from enemy's area and entered south Vietnam at XT 020-474 appeared at Khmer Ambassy to south Vietnam. He reported that on May 4, 1972, he was captured by communist Khmer while he was driving a taxi from Phnom Penh to Svay Rieng. He was forced to work hard. Messengers office was in Preing village at WT 733-454. It was comprised of 13 people and Mao Korn was a chief of squad. In 1973, there were two skyraiders which bombed and caused one dead and monks wounded. In Thmei village, Thna Thnong sub-district, Romduol district, Svay Rieng province, there were about 4000 huts with 4,000 and 5,000 Vietnamese people and soldiers.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៨ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ហេង ឈាងគីម បានរត់រួចពី តំបន់ខ្មាំងចូលទៅប្រទេសយៀកណាមនៅត្រង់អ៊ិចតេ ០២០-៤៧៤ រួចទៅបង្ហាញខ្លួនៅស្ថាតទូតខ្មែរនៅយៀកណាមខាងត្បូងនៅព្រៃនគរ ហើយបានរាយការណ៍ថា នៅថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ខ្លួនត្រូវ ពួកខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចាប់ខ្លួននៅពេលបើករថយន្ដតាក់ស៊ីភ្នំពេញ ស្វាយរៀង ពេលនោះពួកវាឱ្យធ្វើការជាទម្ងន់។ នៅក្នុងភូមិព្រីង ត្រង់ ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៧៣៣-៤៥៤ ជាមន្ទីរនាំសាររបស់ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដដែល មានឈ្មោះម៉ៅ គន ជាមេពួកមានគ្នា១៣នាក់ ហើយកាលពី១៩៧៣ មានយន្ដហោះ២គ្រឿង ធុនស្កៃរ៉ៃឌ័រទៅទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកដែលបណ្ដាលឱ្យមនុស្ស១នាក់ស្លាប់ និងព្រះសង្ឃត្រូវរបួស។ នៅភូមិថ្មី សង្កាត់ ថ្នាធ្នង់ ស្រុករំដួល ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង មានខ្ទមមេទ័ព និងរាស្ដ្រយៀក កុងយួន៤,០០០ខ្នង មានទ័ពយួននិងរាស្ដ្រយួន៥,០០០នាក់។
