Son Siem, fled from enemy occupied area by faking the travel pass. Son Siem said that Long Arun was a commander of unit Ng.153 and Ng.193 in Zone 20, Ngieng Vanndong, was a commander who looked over Khmer Rouge, Keo Savan was a sub-commander of Kanh Chriech district, Ta Song was a chief of Kanh Chriech district, Ta En was a sub-chief of Kanh Chriech district, Tatin, Sarah, Srieng were members. Khmer Rouge bought people's products in a low price and sold out to Viet Cong in a high price. In 1973, Khmer Rouge and Viet Cong had conflict. Khmer Rouge set up one politics by forming white khmer to encourage people to hate Khmer Rouge. In fact, white Khmer was under the command of Khmer Rouge-Viet Cong.
