Yem Yin, who fled from enemy territoryby faking a travelling Pass turned up at Khmer Embassy at Vietnam on March 25, 1974. He said that Tom, was a command and Yim, was a chief of military economics in Region 23. weapon warehouse was in Prey prek village North of Romeas Hek district. Hospital was at Kanh Chreach district high school. Khmer Rouge swopped Vietnam rice for weapons. Khmer Rouge fobade people to do any business and nationalised people's wealth. On February 24, 1974, Khmer Rouge killed 12 North Viet Cong becuase they caught fish in a pond of Kra Nhaung sub-district, Kam Chay Mear district. On July 26, 1974, Khmer Rouge killed 5 Vietnamese in C-30 in Kanh Chriech district because they bought rice from people without telling Khmer Rouge.
ឈ្មោះ យឹម យីម បានគេចខ្លួនពីតំបន់ខ្មាំង ដោយក្លែងលិខិតធ្វើ ដំណើរមកដល់ស្ថានទូតខ្មែរប្រចាំនៅវៀតណាម នៅថ្ងៃទី២៥ មីនា ១៩៧៤។ មេបញ្ជាការខ្មែរក្រហមឈ្មោះ ទុំ និង យឹម ប្រធាន សេដ្ឋកិច្ចយោធាប្រចាំតំបន់២៣។ ឃ្លាំងផ្ទុកកាំភ្លើង និងគ្រាប់ រំសេវនៅភូមិព្រៃព្រែកផ្នែកខាងជើងក្នុងស្រុករមាសហែក មន្ទីរពេទ្យនៅវិទ្យាល័យស្រុកកព្រោ្ជៀច, ខ្មែរក្រហមយកស្រូវ ទៅដូរកាំភ្លើងនៅវៀតណាម។ ពួកខ្មែរក្រហមហាមប្រជាជនមិនឱ្យរក ស៊ីជួញដូរ ហើយដកយកសម្ភារដាក់រួម។ នៅថ្ងៃទី២៤ កុម្ភះ ១៩៧៤ ពួកខ្មែរក្រហមបានសម្លាប់យួនយៀកកុងអស់១២នាក់ ដោយខឹងពួក យៀកកុងបាចត្រីក្នុងត្រពាំងឃុំក្រព៉ាូង ស្រុកកំចាយមារ។ ថ្ងៃ២៦ កក្កដា ១៩២៤ ខ្មែរក្រហមបានសម្លាប់យួនសេបាម៉ឺយ ប្រចាំស្រុក កព្រោ្ជៀចអស់៥នាក់ ដោយពួកសេបាម៉ឺយទិញស្រូវពី ប្រជាជនមិន ប្រាប់ពួកវា។
