Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Kim Kheng, who fled from enemy occupied area by faking a travelling pass turned up at Khmer Embassy at Vietnam on March 25, 1974. He said that Pon was a chief of Battalion 192, Em was a commnader in Kanh Chriech district, Khai was a sub-commander in Kanh Chriech. Khmer Rouge stored their materials in the south of Tompeang Thlann. Khmer Rouge bought catles, rice, cloth from people and they sold them out to Vietnam at Prek Krabao in a high price or swopped them for bullets. Khmer Rouge fobade people to do any business. On February 24, 1974, Khmer Rouge killed 12 Viet Cong.
ឈ្មោះ ឃឹម ខេង បានរំដោះខ្លួនចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងដោយក្លែងលិខិត ធ្វើដំណើរមកដល់ស្ថានទូតខ្មែរប្រចាំប្រទេសវៀតណាម នៅថ្ងៃ២៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ មេខ្មែរក្រហមឈ្មោះ ប៊ុន ប្រធានវរៈ ង-១៩២, តាអេប មេបញ្ជាការស្រុកកព្រោ្ជៀច, ខៃ អនុបញ្ជាការ ២ ស្រុកកព្រោ្ជៀច ពួកវាផ្ទុកសម្ភារខាងត្បូងទំពាំងថ្លាន់។ ពួកខ្មែរក្រហម យកគោ ក្របី សាច់ក្រណាត់ អង្ករ ដូរគ្រាប់ពីប្រជាជនទៅលក់ឱ្យ យៀកកុង យ៉ាងថ្លៃបំផុតនៅព្រែកក្របៅ ហើយពួកវាមិនឱ្យប្រជាជន រកស៊ីជួញ។ នៅថ្ងៃ២៤ ខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ពួកខ្មែរក្រហមបាន សម្លាប់យៀកកុងចំនួន១២នាក់។
