On April 3, 1974, Battalion 214 North-East of Svay Rieng town received four escapees. They said that there were from 10 to 20 Khmer Rouge, equipped with CKC and chinese-made PM guns in Bek Chan and Prey Thnorng village, Romeang sub-district, Romduol district. There were many North Yuon Viet Cong in Prey Ta Ei village, Koki Saom sub-district, Romduol district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានទទួលជនភៀសខ្លួន៤នាក់ ចូលទៅក្នុងវរៈសេនាតូច២១៤ ប្រចាំការនៅប៉ែកខាងឥសានទីក្រុង ស្វាយរៀង។ តាមព័ត៌មាន ជនទាំង៤នាក់ឱ្យដឹងថា សព្វថ្ងៃពួកខ្មាំង ដែលនៅប្រចាំការ នៅភូមិបែកចាន និងភូមិព្រៃធ្នង់ ឃុំមោង ស្រុក រំដួលមានតែ១០-២០នាក់ សម្រាប់ការពារភូមិ ប្រដាប់ដោយ អាវុធសេកាសេ ប៉េអ៊ិមចិន។ ទ័ពយួនយៀកកុងមានច្រើននៅភូមិ ព្រៃតាអី ឃុំគគីសោម ស្រុករំដួល។
