Minh alias Chin who fled from enemy occupied area reported the following Chhin was a chief Maong, was a head of economy, Yoeun was a head of militia. There were no tax collection because Khmer Rouge organised collective. Khmer Rouge forced people to work very hard, so people didn't like this dictatorship.
ម៉ិញ ហៅ ចិន បានភៀសខ្លួនពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងហើយរាយការណ៍ប្រាប់ ឈ្មោះ ឈិន ប្រធាន, មេសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឈ្មោះ ម៉េាង, មេឈ្លបឈ្មោះ យឿន។ ចំពោះការរៃអង្គាសពន្ធដារ ពុំមានទេ ព្រោះពួកវាបានធ្វើ សហករណ៍ហើយបង្ខិតបង្ខំឱ្យប្រជាជនធ្វើការជាទម្ងន់។ ប្រជាជនពុំសូវពេញចិត្ដប៉ុន្មានទេ ហើយអង្គការប្រើសិទ្ធផ្ដាច់ការ។
