Som Sem, living at Krang Stang village, Stung sub-district, Samrong district, Takeo province, defected to National government. Som Sem said «In 1971, he used to be a deputy director of an association for 6 months and then stop working there. In 1971, the person was appointed to be a chief of 50-roof group when National Army defected to enemy, but National Army withdraw Som became a normal people. In the sub-district, Tot Soeung was a chief of sub-district, Chea Mut was a deputy chief of sub-district and Noeun was militiaman-following with 7 men, whose had 4 GM-1s and a Tomson gun. And Svay Chhel sub-district, was a chief district and Ieng Es, was a deputy chief of district.
ឈ្មោះ ស៊ុំ សែម រស់នៅភូមិក្រាំងស្ដាំង ឃុំស្ទឹង ស្រុកសំរោង ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ បានសុំមកចុះចូលសារភាពជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល។ ឈ្មោះ ស៊ុំ សែម បានឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ខ្លួនបានធ្វើជាអនុប្រធាន សមាគម៦ខែ ក៏ឈប់រហូត។ នៅឆ្មាំ១៩៧១ នៅពេលកងទ័ពជាតិ ចូលពួកខ្មាំងបានចាត់ឱ្យធ្វើមេ៥០ខ្នង លុះកងទ័ពជាតិដកថយធ្វើ ជាប្រជាជនធម្មតាវិញ។ នៅក្នុងឃុំមានឈ្មោះ តុត សឿង ធ្វើជាប្រធានឃុំ ឈ្មោះជា មុត ជាអនុប្រធាន ប្រធានឈ្លបឃុំ វឿន មានគ្នា៧នាក់ មានកាំភ្លើងធំសុន ១ដើម, ហ៊េ្សអ៊ឹមសេ និងមុកកាត់ ២ដើម សម្រាប់ដើរធ្វើការក្នុងឃុំ។ ឯ ឈ្មោះស្វាយ ឈែល ជាគណៈស្រុក និងអៀង អេស ជាអនុ ប្រធានស្រុក។
