On October 4, 1974, at 10:00AM, 3 people named Un Chen (male), Moeun Men (female), and Prak Nhep, who had just escaped from an area controlled by enemy in Khla Batt village at VU 541-131, came up at a military office in Bridge 3 at VU 715-076 of Battalion 93, Oudong Meanchey military sub-region.
