On January 13-14, 1974, about 500 Khmer Communist soldiers with white rabittages moved from VT 748-707 in Thmada village, Bekchan sub-district, to VT 682-633 in Roka sub-district, Kandal Stung District, Samdech Chuon Nat district, Kandal province. about 20 enemies were nominated to forcibly gather and evacuate 15 villager families from Thma Da village, 21 families from Roka Thom village, 14 families from Snguon Pech village and 15 families from Dambok Khpuos village to VT 822-803 in Ach Torng village at VT 803-806 in Chhouk Vea village; at VT 820-805 in Prey Khla village; at VT 832-800 in Samrong Tiev village and at VT 808-808 in Chrum pagoda, Kok Roka sub-district, Basith district. They collected 1000 sacks of rice from villagers who lived in the above places and stored them at VT 757-806 in Sniet Somaly pagoda in Punsang sub-district, Ang Snuol district, Oudong Meanchey province.
កាលពីរាត្រីថ្ងៃ១៣-៤ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន ប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ មានពាក់សញ្ញាទន្សាយស ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបាន ធ្វើចលនាចេញពីភូមិថ្មដា ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៤៨-៧០៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ បែកចានស្រុកសមេ្ដចជួនណាត ហើយចូលមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិស្វាយ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦៨២-៦៣៣ ក្នុងសង្កាត់រកា ស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះបានចាត់គ្នាប្រហែល២០នាក់ មកកៀរអ្នកស្រុក និងជនភៀសខ្លួននៅវត្ដស្ងួនពេជ្រ ចំនួន១៥គ្រួសារ, ភូមិថ្មដា ២១គ្រួសារ, ភូមិរកាធំ ១៤គ្រួសារ និងភូមិដំបូកខ្ពស់ ១៥ គ្រួសារ។ ហើយវាបានបញ្ជូនគ្នាវាខ្លះទៀតឱ្យចូលទៅភូមិអាចម៌ទង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨២២-៨០៣, វត្ដឈូកវា ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨០៣-៨០៦, ភូមិព្រៃខ្លា ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨២០-៨០៥, ភូមិសំរោងទៀវ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨៣២-៨០០ និងម្ដុំវត្ដជុំ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨០៨-៨០៨ ក្នុងសង្កាត់គោករកា ស្រុកបាសិទ្ធ ដើម្បីប្រមូលយកស្រូវពី ប្រជាជននៅទីនោះចំនួន១,០០០បាវ មកស្ដុកទុកនៅវត្ដស្នៀតសូមាលី ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៥៧-៨០៦ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ពន្សាំង ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដដុង្គមានជ័យ។
