A source showed that approximately 100 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces under the command of Phoem and Mey had been setting up a headquarter and place for keeping alot of food supplies and ammunitions more than two months. In the area there were six guards. It was about 1,000m away from Phka Daung village at WU 855-381, Krabei Kriek sub-district, Kroch Chhmar district of Kampong Cham province.
