A source showed that on October 21, approximately 3,000 North Yuon Viet Cong and Khmer Viet Cong armed forces deployed in a forest of Char village called Sla village from VT 828-600 to VT 837-600 and VT 837-595, Siem Reap sub-district, Kandal Stoeng district , Kandal province. They aimed to attack Radio Stations base in Stung Mean Chey and Phnom Penh city.
