In January 1974, Khmer Communist assigned 3 Companies to infiltrate into Phnom Penh through Wat Snguong Pich. Company 1 in simple dress with a piece of blue cloth along their sleeve were commissioned to raid on certain main location in Phnom Penh. Company 2 in simple dress with a piece of blue cloth on their right chest were commissioned to forcibly gather people to their territory. Company 3 wore simple dress, and had a tattooed sign of khmer letters Ch.N.Y.B. on their left chest. All above mentioned enemy always met at a popular game near Tonle Basakk.
ក្នុងកំឡុងខែមករា ១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានចាត់ភ្នាក់ងារចំនួន ៣កងអនុសេនាធំ ឱ្យចូលមកក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញតាមវត្ដស្ងួនពេជ្រ ដោយ ចែកចេញជា៣កងដូចតទៅៈ កងអនុសេនាធំទី១ ស្លៀកពាក់ស៊ីវិលប៉ាន ក្រណាត់ព៌ណខៀវតាមបណ្ដោយ និងខាងក្រោមដៃអាវមាននាទីឈ្លប វាយប្រហារទីតាំងសំខាន់ៗក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ កងអនុសេនាធំទី២ ស្លៀកពាក់ស៊ីវិលប៉ានក្រណាត់ព៌ណខៀវបញ្ឆិតនៅខាងមុខផ្នែកខាងស្ដាំ មនានាទីប្រមូលប្រជាជនឱ្យទៅកាន់តំបន់វាកាន់កាប់។ កងអនុសេនាធំ ទី៣ ស្លៀកពាក់ស៊ីវិលមានសាក់នៅនឹងដើមទ្រូងខាងឆេ្វងអក្សរ ជ ន យ ប។ ខ្មាំងទាំងអស់ខាងលើនេះច្រើនតែណាត់ជួបគ្នាជា ញឹកញាប់នៅក្នុងកន្លែងល្បែងប្រជាប្រិយមាត់ទនេ្លបាសាក់។
