On March 27, 1973, about 50 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers armed with PM-AC guns and carbine guns, under the command of Men Vong entered to VT 421-571 in Tang Russei village, Thormada Ar sub-district, Phnom Sruoch
district, Kampong Speu province. Every day, 15 Viet cong khmer soldiers were assigned to mingle with village at VT 412-588 in Prey Tang Reang village in order to raid the national armed forces who often passed the above region. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល ៥០នាក់ មានកាំភើ្លងប៉េអ៊ឹម-អាសេ និងការ៉ាប៉ីន ក្រោមបញ្ជាការ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ែន វង់ ចូលមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិតាំងឫស្សី ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ ៤២១-៥៧១ ក្នុងឃុំធម្មតាអរ ស្រុកភ្នំស្រួច ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។ ប្រភព បន្ថែមថា រាល់ថ្ងៃខ្មាំងខាងលើចាត់គ្នាវាចំនួន១៥នាក់ មកបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅ ក្នុងភូមិព្រែកតាំងរាំង ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៤១២-៥៨៨ ចាំស្ទាក់បាញ់ កងទ័ពជាតិដែលចុះទៅទីនោះ។
