Lok Yang Chay, 25years old, Vietnamese who was a food transporter for North Yuon Viet Cong in Region 22 of South Vietname and for Region 25 of Cambodia and a spy under the commander Yoeung Yang Vang alias Ngok An, Chief of Spy and Economic Committee in Region 62 and 65 was arrested on August 13, 1973 by our administration at WT 201-065, while he was transporting food for enemy troops in banned area.
ឈ្មោះ ឡុក យ៉ាំងចាយ ជាតិយួន អាយុ ២៥ឆ្នាំ ជាអ្នកដឹកស្បៀង ថ្នាំពេទ្យអោយយួនយៀកកុងខាងជើងនៅតំបន់២២ ក្នុងស្រុកយួន ខាងត្បូង និងតំបន់២៥ក្នុងស្រុកខ្មែរ និងធ្វើជាភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់។ មានមេឈ្មោះ យឿង យ៉ាំង វាំង ហៅ ង៉ុក អាន ជាមេធំ ជាអ្នកយកការណ៍សម្ងាត់ និងជាគណៈកម្មាការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចបំរើតំបន់៦២ និង៦៥។ ឈ្មោះ ឡុក យ៉ាំងចាយ ត្រូវរដ្ឋការយើងចាប់បាននៅថ្ងៃ ទី១៣ សីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ក្នុងពេលនាំស្បៀងអោយខ្មាំងក្នុងតំបន់ ហាមឃាត់ ត្រង់ចំនុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២០១-០៦៥។
