On April 1, 1973 about 400-500 Khmer Viet Cong , under the command of an unknown Vietnamese, transported weapons by 5 trucks crossing Sleng village WT 098-996, Khyaong village WT 114-996, Chybal commune WT 111-981 and Prek Po commune, Srey Santhor district of Kampong Cham. Then, they stopped at Khsach Kandal district and Prey Veng province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ យួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន ៤០០-៥០០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាយួនម្នាក់មិនស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ មានឡាន ហេ្សអ៊ឹមសេ៥គ្រឿង ដឹកកាំភើ្លងបើកតាមភូមិស្លែង ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ០៩៨-៩៩៦ ភូមិខ្យោង ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ១១៤-៩៩៦, ឃុំជីបាល ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ១១១-៩៨១ ក្នុងឃុំព្រែកពោធិ៍ ស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដ កំពង់ចាម ចូលមកស្នាក់នៅក្នុងស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល និងខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។
