About a Battalion of Khmer Communist armed forces in unit 225 moved from O Reang Ov to deploy in Tortul village at WT 010-890, Prek Ampil sub-district, Prek Luong district, Vihea Sour province. 110 of them were assigned to infiltrate into Prek Krabao village at VT 962-880 and Koh Oknhatei at VT 948-875, 942-856 in attempt to entice local villagers to move to Vihear Suor region.
យួនយៀកកុង និងខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែល១កងវរៈសេនាតូចស្ថិតនៅ ក្នុងកងលេខ២២៥ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានធ្វើចលនាចេញពីអូររាំង« ហើយចូលមកស្នាក់រាយគ្នានៅភូមិទទល់ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០១០-៨៩០ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រែកអំពិល ស្រុកព្រែកលួង ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌។ ខ្មាំងចាត់គ្នាវាប្រហែល១១០នាក់ ឱ្យចូលមកក្នុងភូមិព្រែកក្របៅ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៦២-៨៨០ និងកោះឧកញាតី ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៤៨-៨៧៥, ៩៤២-៨៥៦ ដើម្បីពន្យល់អ្នកស្រុកក្នុងតំបន់ នោះឱ្យរត់ភៀសខ្លួនទៅនៅក្នុងតំបន់វិហារសួគ៌វិញ។
