On March 23, 1973, the Khmer Viet Cong soldiers who stayed at WU 775-390, in Chhae Teal village, Stung Trang district, Kampong Cham province received 500 T-56 and RRD.CHICOM. T-56 rifles and hundreds cases of ammunition from Cuba. The weapons and ammunition were delivered to Viet Cong Khmer soldiers under the command of Preap, in all war operation regions, Zone 304.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងនៅភូមិឈើទាល ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ៧៧៥-៣៩០ ស្រុកសឹ្ទងត្រង់ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម បាន ទទួលកាំភើ្លងប្រភេទអាស់សុល រីហ្វល តេ-៥៦, អ័រអ័រដី, សីអេចអាយសីអូអ៊ឹម តេ-៥៦ ចំនួន៥០០ដើម ព្រមទាំងគ្រាប់ រំសេវជាច្រើនរយឡាំងពីប្រទេសគុយបា។ អាវុធទាំងនោះត្រូវបាន ចែកចាយទៅឱ្យពួកខ្មាំងនៅគ្រប់តំបន់ប្រតិបតិ្ដការសឹកក្នុងភូមិភាគ ៣០៤ ប្រើប្រាសដោយខ្មែរយៀកកុងម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប។
