On April 7, 1973, 70 Khmer Rouge soldiers under the command of Ry, in unit 103 armed with PM-AC guns, CKC guns, Karabine guns and M-79 guns hid at UU 590-931 in Rom Lech village and at UU 619-933 in Khnar To Teung village, Svay Daun Keo sub-district, Bakan district, Pursat province. They mined a battlefield and spiked at UU 017-960 and UU 623-955 to the south of Bay At pagoda in Svay Daun Keo sub-district, Bakan district, Pursat province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរក្រហមចំនួន៧០នាក់ សិ្ថតនៅកងលេខ១០៣ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ រី មានប្រដាប់អាវុធ ប៉េអ៊ឹម-អាសេ, សេកាសេ, ការ៉ាប៉ីន និងអ៊ឹម-៧៩ បួនដើមផង បានចូលមកបង្កប់ខ្លួនភូមិរំលេខអ៊ុយអ៊ុយៈ៥៩០-៩៣១ និងភូមិខ្នារ ទទឹង អ៊ុយអ៊ុយៈ៦១៩-៩៣៣ សង្កាត់ស្វាយដូនកែវ ស្រុកបាកាន ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើបានរាយគ្រាប់បែក និងដាក់ចម្រុង នៅខាងត្បូងវត្ដបាយអតិ អ៊ុយអ៊ុយៈ៦១៧-៩៦០ និងអ៊ុយអ៊ុយៈ ៦២៣-៩៥៥ សង្កាត់-ស្រុក និងខេត្ដដូចខាងលើ។
