Sem Saven, 20 years old , was arrested by municipal protective military region 4 on October 7, 1974, for not having ID card during his stay in Rotanak village.
ឈ្មោះ សែម សាវេន អាយុ ២០ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវបាននាយតំបន់ការពារ ក្រុងលេខ៤ ឃាត់ខ្លួនពីបទសុំសំណាក់នៅភូមិរតនៈ ដោយគ្មានលិខិត សំគាល់ខ្លួន កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ តុលា ១៩៧៤។
