Chao Uk, 28 years old, a Khmer Kampuchean Krom, soldier of Battalion 239, and was also military jounalist, was arrested by Infantry Brigade 4 on November 7, 1971 at Neak Loeung, as he was carrying money deliver to soldiers who based Chrey Thom and he was accused of smuggling.
