កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ សាយ សុន អាយុ១៩ឆ្នាំ ទីលំនៅនៅភូមិអូរ សង្កាត់ពាំងល្វា ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដដុង្គ វ៉េតេៈ៥៨១-៧៤២ បានសុំចុះចូលជាមួយនឹងកងពលតូចថើ្មរជើង លេខ១៣។
